Dave came out to look at our furnace on time. Seeing what was needed, he phoned the parts store to confirm availability and price. He left then and there, to pick up the part and was back in a jiffy. Dave replaced the part and the furnace was back up and running in no time. This was so appreciated considering the games that were played by 2 other companies when I asked them first for help. We had a furnace and water heater installation by David 2 years ago all work was very neat and organized and done in less than estimated time with no problem. This October the motherboard on the furnace was not working I phoned David and he dropped by as soon as possible and made time with his busy schedule to put in a new board the next day at no cost as furnace was under warranty but more so he didn't charge for service call. He is a young man determined to be honest to his customers and willing to win his customers by providing great service.

Extremely impressed with this company. I could smell gas from my furnace. They were available to come quickly at my earliest convenience. They were professional and very knowledgeable: repair was done quickly: I was shown the defective part and the issue was explained to my satisfaction: friendly and patient- answering my questions and concerns.
